A successful legal practice should be measured by the results that are secured for the clients. These results may be achieved in the courtroom, by implementing a creative and cost-effective business strategy or through other alternative resolutions. However, results matter which is why I pursue all available options for my clients in order to achieve the most rewarding resolution in a cost efficient manner.
My experience is varied. I am as comfortable representing a client in a business or contractual dispute as I am in a personal injury matter. This confidence is borne from spending the majority of my career in the courtroom, a place many lawyers avoid, and from representing and counseling businesses (of all sizes and across all industries), insurers, and individuals. Drawing upon my experience as the lead attorney in 28 jury trials and one arbitration throughout Texas, I work closely with each client to understand their business and/or dispute and their objectives in order to implement a successful and cost-effective outcome.
